Roasted Leg of Lamb topped with Oyster Mushrooms. Served over rice with broccoli, bell peppers and sun-dried tomatoes, soup & salad and a homemade roll.
Six large shrimp wrapped in bacon and deep fried. Topped with a creamy mango- habanero sauce. (Not too hot, not too mild) served over a bed of grilled peppers and onions, rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream & tortillas. (Must try!)
