A state of sleep or extreme lethargy induced by the consumption of a large amount of food.
The name and the concept came from my son Mateo.
He says that my food is delicious and He can't stop eating, as a result He goes into a food coma; and that's how we started our food truck business.
We appreciate food and we believe that with our food, you will be satisfied and have left overs for a midnight snack or lunch for the next day!
